- Trade journal entries you choose to save.
- Usage data, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked, collected through privacy-friendly analytics that don't use advertising cookies.
- Technical data, such as IP address, used briefly to prevent abuse and rate-limit sign-in attempts.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How We Use It
- To sign you in and give members access.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send the emails you ask for, such as sign-in codes and the starter kit, and to answer your messages.

Who We Share It With

How Long We Keep It
We keep account and journal data while your account exists. Sign-in codes expire within minutes and are deleted automatically. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your Choices And Rights
You can export your journal at any time from the members area. To see, correct or delete your personal information, email support@thewackywhale.com from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with a major cloud provider. Access is restricted to what each part of the Service needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think your account was misused.
Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell members by email.
