Refund And Cancellation Policy

If The Pod isn't right for you, email support@thewackywhale.com from the address on your account within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. This applies to your first payment on either plan. We'll cancel the membership at the same time.

Cancel Any Time

Open your account page in the members area and choose Manage Billing to cancel. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Renewals

Renewal payments after your first payment aren't refundable, except where the law requires. If you forgot to cancel and haven't used the membership since the renewal, email us within 7 days of the renewal and we'll look at it fairly.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
